Our Vision: Music That Builds

At ITNOJ, we believe the Gospel should be heard in the music and felt in the streets. We are a non-profit record label dedicated to a bold mission: Transforming sales and streams into sustainable solutions.

While we produce and distribute world-class, Christ-centered music, our work doesn't stop at the digital storefront. We are committed to building a self-sustaining ecosystem where every song released and every donation received fuels the restoration of our neighborhoods.

The "Revenue-to-Reinvestment" Model

We operate differently than a traditional label. Instead of accumulating wealth' we reinvest 100% of our labels net proceeds back into the community through a unique three-pillar strategy:

1. Job Creation via Social Enterprise: We launch essential community businesses such as gas stations, laundromats and car washes. These aren't just storefronts; they are platforms for dignified local employment and economical stability.

2. Free Essential Services: Revenue generated from these businesses is used to sustain free daycares, medical clinics and food banks, ensuring that the most vulnerable families have access to the care they deserve.

3. Safe Spaces for Youth: We are committed to developing parks and recreation facilities in challenged neighborhoods, providing the next generation with safe, modern environments to grow, play and discover God and their own God-given potential in Christ.​

Our Mandate

​Our foundation is a vehicle for the Great Commission. We will create music that Honors Jesus Christ, We will proclaim The Truth of the Gospel, We will build a community of believers, We will provide a space to Work, to Love, Serve, and Encourage one another in Christ. We will show our Faith by our Works. We will Love the Lord our God with All of our hearts, All of our soul, All of our mind, and with All of our strength. And We will Love our neighbors just as We Love ourselves.
